The corporate website

This is an informational corporate website. Its source includes no analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels, embedded third-party media, external fonts, contact form or client-side cookies. Images, styles and scripts are served as site assets. Visiting this site does not send your information to an AI service.

Hosting and technical request data

The website is delivered through Firebase Hosting, a Google service provided under the Firebase terms. The Google APIs terms identify Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, as the provider, including delivery through affiliated Google entities.

Technical requests necessarily transmit your IP address and request information to the hosting infrastructure. Processing supports delivery, availability, abuse prevention and security. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional corporate website.

Google states that Firebase Hosting uses incoming IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis and retains IP data for a few months. See Firebase privacy and security information for the provider's current details. We do not operate a separate website analytics system.

Processing locations and safeguards

Firebase Hosting uses Google's global content delivery infrastructure. Technical request data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google's Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms govern the relevant processing and international-transfer safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses. This website does not claim EU-only hosting.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process the contact details and content you provide to respond to the enquiry. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to other business enquiries. Correspondence is retained for the handling of the enquiry and any applicable legal retention obligations.

Business email is processed using Google Workspace. Email data may be processed outside the European Economic Area through Google's infrastructure and subprocessors. The applicable Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes the processing and international-transfer safeguards. Access to correspondence is limited to the people and service providers required to handle it. You are not required to contact us or provide additional information to read this website.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the legal basis. Contact the controller to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
